I often make the case that your mailing list is your online business's Number One asset. it's more important than your products or services. It's more important than your logo. It's even more important than your business name or website domain name.
So how often are you emailing your list? Once a month isn't often enough. Even once a week doesn't really cut it. Right now, I'm emailing my list 4x a week...and my audience loves the great, valuable, helpful content I send.

First, emailing your list often is helpful for your subscribers because you'll be sending them useful, valuable content that helps them get a bit closer to their goals and the results they want.
Next, it establishes you as a trusted authority. If you can be counted on to show up in their in box over and over, consistently for months or even years, that what does that do for your credibility as a business owner? As a trusted authority?
It tells your audience, "I'm here. I'm totally committed to this for the long, long, long run. I'm not going away."
Third, it keeps you top of mind. Because you're showing up so frequently and providing value to your audience, when the time comes that they need a product or service like the one you're selling, who do you think they'll turn to?
Yes, it's true: If we have the option, we buy from people we know, like, and trust. And that's exactly what email marketing helps you do -- it helps you become known, liked, and trusted.
