Here's something crucial to always keep in mind: We're in business first to improve the lives of our customers...and second to make a profit. We have to put our customer's needs first and our needs second...yet nearly everyone has this backwards. They put their need to make money, to make a big profit, to "get rich" first...and their customer's needs, problems, challenges, and biggest issues aren't much more than an afterthought. (more…)
